The gingham check was born in Manchester, England in the 18th century. Its history is long and many people have seen it at least once as a classic pattern. While it is a historical gingham, the plaid is exquisitely sized, neither too large nor too small.
We were fascinated by the appearance of the warp threads with kasuri, and arrived at this shirt fabric. In addition to an exquisite color scheme that does not pop too much, with different impressions when seen from a distance and up close, it is a good shirt fabric with moderate firmness and elasticity.
The silhouette of the standard shirt has been reviewed, and while taking advantage of the wide neck, the collar silhouette has been fine-tuned to create a shirt that can be worn every day. The pattern matching of the pockets is flawless, the needlework is beautiful and fun to look at, and it is comfortable to wear, making this an oversized relaxed fit that will be a mainstay from spring to summer. We also recommend rolling up the sleeves when it gets hot.
