[About cancellations, returns, and refunds]
Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations (*) of ordered products, as well as returns or refunds.

[delivery error, initial failure, etc.]
In the event that there is a product discrepancy due to a mistake in delivery, a discrepancy in the order, or an initial defect (*) in the product, we will promptly make an additional delivery or exchange the product for a genuine product. In addition, if there is no replacement product, we will promptly repair it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will return the product to our designated location by cash on delivery, and after checking the product, we will ship the genuine product. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds.

*Initial defects refer to fraying, missing zippers and buttons, holes in clothes, and sewing defects.


[About shipping fee refund]
If there are multiple orders with the same delivery address, they may be shipped together. Please note that we will not refund the shipping cost in such cases.
